Our consultation process is designed to feel supportive, respectful, and pressure-free, while ensuring we can truly serve you well. Purpose of the Consultation Your consultation is a dedicated space to be heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will: Discuss your current challenges and goals Explore what’s feeling overwhelming or stuck Determine whether our organizing services are the right fit for your needs Outline potential next steps at a pace that feels comfortable for you There is no obligation to move forward after the consultation Initial Consultation (Complimentary) Duration: 30-60 minutes This session includes: A thoughtful assessment of your space, routines, and priorities Professional organizing insight and guidance Personalized recommendations tailored to your lifestyle and capacity Booking & Payment Consultations are scheduled by appointment only Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot Charging 50% booking fee, honors the time, care, and expertise devoted fully to you Once booked, your time is set aside exclusively for you If you choose to book organizing services within 7 days, and first time booking, you will receive 10% discount off of your first 7 hour session with me. (Limited time promo) Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens — we approach this with understanding. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule Late cancellations or no-shows may result in: The booking fee being forfeited. This allows us to maintain availability for clients who are ready for support. Scope of the Consultation Consultations focus on assessment, clarity, and guidance Hands-on organizing, detailed action plans, or ongoing support are not included unless services are booked Advice shared is based on professional experience, not guarantees — every home and journey is unique Communication & Boundaries The consultation includes support during the scheduled session only Follow-up questions or additional guidance require booking a service or coaching call.
