Growing up, organization came naturally to me, but motherhood brought seasons of overwhelm and clutter. Finding my way back to a calm, functional home inspired me to create Light Haus Living. A reflection of my belief that when we lighten our spaces, we create room for more peace, purpose, and joy.

For over 20 years, I've helped family, friends, and clients declutter and organize their homes through both complimentary and professional services, while building experience across business, social services, healthcare, and education. When motherhood shifted my priorities and I found myself at a career crossroads, I was given the opportunity to reimagine my future. I realized my passion wasn't just organizing spaces—it was helping people create environments that support their well-being, reduce overwhelm, and make everyday life easier.

The name Light Haus Living holds special meaning for me. "Haus" is a nod to my married name and the German word for house, while "Light" reflects both the transformation I help clients achieve and the memory of my late father. Lighthouses were something we shared a deep appreciation for, and he was a guiding light throughout my life, always helping me find my way to safe harbour.

 

Through Light Haus Living, I hope to be that same guiding light for others—helping them move from clutter to clarity and create homes that truly support the life they want to live.​
