Not at all. Many of our clients are busy professionals, families, seniors, and individuals who simply want more efficient, functional spaces.

Do I need to clean before you arrive?
No. We want to see your space exactly as it is so we can create the best solutions for your needs.
Will you make me throw things away?
Absolutely not. We guide and support you through the decision-making process, but you remain in control of what stays and what goes.
Do you help with donations and recycling?
Yes. We can help sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal and provide guidance on local donation options.
Can you help me organize after a move?
Yes. We offer unpacking and organizing services to help you settle into your new home quickly and efficiently.
Do you work with seniors who are downsizing?
Yes. We provide compassionate downsizing and organizing support for seniors and their families during life transitions.
How does the organizing process work?
Our process typically includes: Initial consultation Assessment of your space and goals Hands-on organizing sessions Creation of practical systems Recommendations for maintaining your organized space
How long does an organizing session take?
This is dependent on many variable. Such as; size of home, timelines, eagerness to let go of items, and more. We sit down to discuss your goals, readiness, and timelines. We schedule 4-hour and 6-hour sessions. Duration of overall project will vary. Upon working together, we will have a better idea of pace and progress to help identify a more accurate timeline.
Projects may take less time or more then others.
Do I need to be present during the organizing session?
We recommend being available for decluttering decisions, especially during the early stages of a project. We can discuss options based on your comfort level and schedule.
Do you offer virtual organizing services?
Yes. Virtual organizing consultations are available for clients who prefer remote support.
How much does professional organizing cost?

Are organizing products included in the cost?
Organizing products such as bins, baskets, labels, and storage solutions are typically quoted separately and only recommended when necessary.
We will always carry a minimum of 10 (42 galon) black garbage bags on hand to start a declutter project.
Will my information and home remain private?
Absolutely. We understand that organizing can be personal, and all client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and respect. We do share media at times for marketing yet no identifiers are given. Written consent can also be given as per our Photography release.
I'm embarrassed about my clutter. Should I wait until it's better?
No. We provide a judgment-free environment and have worked with clients in all stages of organization. Our goal is to support you, not judge you.
