Service Description
“Would you like us to take care of the haul-away after decluttering session as well? Our haul-away service starts at $175, so you don't have to worry about loading, transporting or disposing of everything afterward.” Includes loading, transportation and disposal of unwanted household items following an organizing or decluttering session. Pricing is based on volume, weight, accessibility and disposal requirements. Additional charges may apply for heavy items, stairs, additional labour or unusually large loads. Pricing below is for "Haul-Away" service following Organizing & Decluttering session, between 3-5pm Separate pricing available for "Haul-Away" not following planned sessions - Ask for estimate today. Haul-Away Levels: Small Haul $175 A few bags, boxes or small household items; easy access; light loading (Example: Six garbage bags and four boxes, beside garage). Standard Haul ⭐ $195 Typical post-decluttering load; multiple bags/boxes and miscellaneous household items (Example: Carrying boxes, bags and miscellaneous household items out of the house and taking them to waste facility). Large / Heavy Haul Starting at $300 Larger volume, furniture, particularly heavy items, significant stairs or more labour-intensive removal (Example: Basement declutter with stairs, awkward items and substantial lifting). Furniture disposal needing second person $300+ - Estimate upon review of items. ANY Haul-Away services beyond Regional travel beyond 50 km are subject to an additional Travel surcharge, disposing of within client's local waste management facility. Add-ons: Additional labour required: +$60/hour per additional person, 1-hour minimum Significant stairs/heavy lifting: +$50–$100 depending on difficulty Second disposal run: another haul-away charge rather than a small add-on Extra-heavy materials: quoted separately Long-distance disposal: travel charge outside your normal service area Items with special disposal requirements (paint, chemicals, appliances, electronics, etc.) are quoted separately or excluded
