Service Description
During our consultation, we'll discuss: • Your organizing and decluttering goals • Areas of your home you'd like help with • Current challenges and what's not working • Your vision for the space • Your timeline and priorities • Recommended services and estimated investment • Any questions you may have If we're meeting in your home, we'll also take a brief walkthrough of the spaces you'd like to focus on. At this time we will also take before photos for reference. (Please refer to our service agreement for additional information pertaining to photo release) No judgment. No pressure. Just clarity.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering Light Haus Living™. Our complimentary 30-minute Client Discovery Consultation is designed to help us understand your needs, answer your questions, and determine how we can best support you on your organizing journey. Booking Your Consultation Appointments are available by advance booking only and are reserved exclusively for you. Please ensure you select a date and time that you can commit to attending. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may limit the ability to book future complimentary consultations. Late Arrivals Your consultation time has been reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please note that consultations do not reserve service dates. Your booking is confirmed only after your estimate has been accepted (where applicable) and any required deposit has been received. Privacy Your personal information and everything discussed during your consultation will be treated with professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
