Includes: Phone call, email, or DM communication Brief discussion about: - Areas needing organization - Main frustrations/challenges - Goals for the space - Timeline and budget expectations - Scheduling the walkthrough consultation - Sending intake questionnaire/photos if needed
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens—we completely understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your Discovery Call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may require future consultations to be booked at the discretion of Light Haus Living™. Late Arrivals Your Discovery Call is reserved specifically for you. If you join late, the consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to respect other clients' appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Privacy Everything discussed during your Discovery Call is treated with care and confidentiality. Your information will never be shared except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Booking a Discovery Call does not reserve service dates. Service appointments are confirmed only after acceptance of your estimate (if applicable) and receipt of any required deposit. We look forward to helping guide you out of clutter and into clarity.
