During the Walkthrough We: Tour the requested spaces Discuss: -Daily routines -Pain points -Storage challenges -Family dynamics/lifestyle needs -Measure spaces if necessary -Evaluate: -Existing storage systems -Functionality -Flow of the home -Clutter levels Identify: -Decluttering priorities -Organizing opportunities -Product/storage recommendations -Answer client questions
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following: Complimentary consultations are offered once per household or project consultations are typically 30-60 minutes in length *Consults with Seniors may range in longer duration if trust building is necessary. Appointments must be scheduled in advance We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling This session includes general guidance; detailed plans and hands-on support are provided through booked services Light Haus Living has rights to cancel consultations if repeat consultation's are canceled or rescheduled by prospective client.
